What do you like most?
I like that your support can be reached anytime and you are located in US. I find it easy to navigate your program I don’t like that you don’t just offer an app. And I have to constantly sign in even though it should be good for awhile. Although that could be due to my situation (2 phones and computer) I think your staff is wonderful, they have been very helpful!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I mentioned not having an app. in previous comment. My help can’t always figure out how to download thinkreservation. I’m only 3 rooms so I’m pretty minimal, I don’t use all the tools you offer, I like to keep it simple.
