Duetto Gamechanger is outstanding in its integration with our channel manager, SiteMinder, and our Property Management System (PMS), Mews. The Autopilot function is particularly impressive, as it automatically publishes new prices in response to real-time events that impact pricing. This feature ensures that our rates are always competitive and up-to-date without manual intervention. The system's flexibility in managing room type differentials allows for automatic price adjustments across different room categories, ensuring optimal pricing. Setting pricing strategies for derived prices further enhances our revenue management capabilities. The Duetto Pixel integrated into our web booking engine is another standout feature, tracking shopping activities long before reservations materialize. This functionality provides invaluable insights into the strength of current demand. It also analyzes flight data and passenger on-ground data specific to our city, Vienna, offering a comprehensive view of market conditions. Furthermore, Duetto Gamechanger continuously monitors the number of hotels with availabilities in our market, using this data as a demand trigger. The system also automatically analyzes our pick-up and pick-up pace, incorporating a wide range of variables to calculate prices up to 365 days in advance. The reporting features are exceptional, providing detailed price insights and analysis for dates that require closer attention. This allows us to interpret market conditions more accurately and identify causal factors more clearly. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We look forward to the new feature allowing room type differentials to be set as percentages rather than fixed amounts, as well as other upcoming developments like multiple base rates for different room types. Extending the forecasting horizon beyond 365 days would be highly beneficial. Integrating STR data directly into Duetto and enabling data reporting from Mews to STR would enhance our data analysis capabilities. An automatic competitor set analysis would help keep track of other market participants. Deep data integration with Expedia and Booking.com for demand recognition, would also be valuable additions. These and many other anticipated improvements will undoubtedly make Duetto even more indispensable in our revenue management strategy.
