What do you like most?
I like how reliable Open Key is. If I forget the physical keys to the room, I can just use the app to enter the room which is very useful. It saves the trip I would have to make to the front desk.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it can be more clear. Sometimes it's confusing to understand when the key is ready to be used. More clear directions will make the experience even better.
