What do you like most?
I have been using RoomPriceGenie's revenue management system since starting my holiday homes business last year and it has proven to be extremely valuable to my business! My rates are being constantly updated depending on a number of factors the system looks at and the results have included an overall surge in room occupancy and an impressive increase in revenue that I wasn't expecting! RoomPriceGenie has saved me so much time as it has completely eliminated the need to manually input and adjust my prices, meaning that I'm able to focus on other aspects of my business. The product easily pays for itself with all the additional revenue being generated from the setting of optimal rates, which always remains within the boundaries set by the customer. In addition, their customer support team has been really amazing and helpful in addressing my questions! I would highly recommend this product to any hotel or holiday homes business!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
RoomPriceGenie's pricing tool has been immensely helpful to my business and I haven't identified any areas of potential improvement so far!
