What do you like most?
Preno from the start has been user freindly. I have been in teh industry for many decdes and this sytem ticks the boxes. I do like teh idea its NZ onwed and operted too .The best thing I do like about it is the ease. When training new staff that do not have the skills for completed systems - Preno ticks the box. Support and Help is just a few steps away and once gain not a completed to reach out.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What could be improved is -needing another payment intergration apart from stripe & windcave. What about building an internal payment processing space inside preno that doesnt have a 3% processing fee, be the first ones in the industry to have a low cost payment gateway built in. alot of this money goes off shore which is a real shame
