What do you like most?
I have been using Blastness’ RMS and Intelligence systems for a while now and the platform is really intuitive and straight forward. On a daily basis I get rate recommendations that with a simple press of a button I can change the rate on all my channels thanks to the integration with their CRS and our PMS. Thanks to their Integrated Management System, everything from the rate shopper, Business Intelligence and Market Intelligence is seamlessly integrated and is super helpful since I don’t need to jump back and forth between the systems to carry out any changes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately they don’t offer a PMS at all. It would be comfortable to have everything through the same provider. They integrate with our PMS though so it still works pretty well.
