I have taken over the channel manager from my colleagues since few month and since my beginning of taking this task over, I was highly supported by Busy rooms team especial thanks with no exaggeration to Saurajeet Mondal , the Customer Support Executive. Honestly, Saurajeet is a credit to your company. This is a truth which can’t be denied and he is just amazing. I’m a person who is not easy to understand IT and system handling , however he has been a great support, honestly great support to me. Without him, I wouldn’t be able to succeed in my position. Please pass my special thanks to him personally and please make sure you take very good care of him simply because he deserves it and he is the best ever. Things I did not understand from my IT team and in a word, he just explains it to me despite the language barrier.
