It´s a easy to use nice designed product with a lot of functionality. The people I met in this company and deal with are uncomlicated, accesable honest an trustwothy. "No Bullshit" is more then a marketing claim. It´s what I experience since more then 10 Years dealing with these guys.

Busy Rooms CRS has tailor-made solutions for different kinds of hospitality facilities such as independent hotels, group of hotels, vacation rentals etc. Their various systems such as Property Management System, Channel Manager and Revenue Management System are well intergrated.
Busy Rooms has developed an extensive and significant lodging reservations and electronic distribution platform. Primarily suited to independent hotels and small hotel groups in EMEA, the Busy Rooms suite of systems, including its PMS and RMS, is functionally strong, user-friendly and highly reliable. It merits close inspection by any lodging operator seeking reservation and distribution services.
Busy Room's CRS does what it is meant to do however the strong point is the Dash Board because can be viewed at both a multi-property and individual property level and has the option of switching between NET and SELL rates depending on the preference of your business model. It provides a quick overview of all relevant data including KPIs and operational statistics in an easy to read layout, allowing Users to drill down into details when desired. As a standard, all CRS User have access to competitor rate and review monitoring.

Busy Rooms CRS offers systems that give the ability to 360 degrees review and management of revenues in a hotel with their well intergrated Property Management System, Revenue Management System, Channel Manager and Website & Content Management System.
The breadth of the systems suite offered by Busy Rooms gives hotel operators the opportunity to reduce the number of vendors they must work with in order to secure the technology/service that they require.
All products out there are similar, however Busy Rooms have the attitude of Customer is number one priority and this is the reason why we keep partnering with Busy Rooms. From the Sales Process to the deployment and beyond, Busy Rooms are always a phone call away ready to help and assist when needed.

Since thisis a product with a lot of functionality and not in the low end pricewhise you schoud ensure that you or your staff works properly with the product to get them maximum possible out of it .

I would advise that they input accurate data in the various systems too ensure that they get real reports that can enable them to make informed strategic decisions. They should also buy the whole package for optimal revenue management.
When seeking hotel systems/services, go beyond vendors' website claims and examine the product/service in detail. It is vital to verify that the required features/functions are present and suitable. Always request and check references.
The best advise is that Hoteliers should not hesitate on giving Busy Rooms the opportunity to showcase their value in the market. They have enough experience to guide you trough the whole journey and beyond.
