What do you like most?
We've been customers using the reservation product for our bed and breaqkfast almost as long as they've been in business. Exceptional Customer Service; Easy to use products; Reasonable cost
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not much needs to be improved. They continuously make improvements and listen to customer requests. An easier interface for custom emails would be the only improvement I can think of.
