What do you like most?
The whole system is very good; especially they have an excellent calendar management, a lot of apps integrations and a responsive customer care (this especially important).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They should make a more flexible billing system (current one is a bit rigid) and make a proper restaurant and activities management system (current one is a bit limited).
