What do you like most?
-It allows for effortless and immediate communication between departments and inter departmentally. - Due to its' modern design, training to use the product is usually easy and does not require much time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- I think it would be improved by more options to personalize the home page with different views so it does not always default to your department. - Along the same lines, I have a colleague who gets scheduled for multiple departments and because she is coded to my department on Helloshift, I get notifications for all her posts for the other department because she is unable to choose the department she is currently posting on behalf of.
