Working with support is super easy and uncomplicated. If you have any problems you will be helped very quickly. Returns are straightforward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The quality of the thermostats. Unfortunately, these keep failing and have to be replaced. Detecting that a window is open keeps getting stuck.
