What do you like most?
The customer service is the best thing about Innroad. 24/7 availability and knowledgeable techs. Covers all the bases. There are modules for groups, revenue, channel management, housekeeping, tasks, maintenance, etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Groups module is old, clunky, and error-prone. They have been updating the system for the past couple of years, but have not updated the group section yet.
