What do you like most?
For a starting Hotelier like myself, the process of learning and building the system gave me valuable knowledge. The system has direct connections to Booking.com and Expedia which allows you to basically give up on a channel manager.Also, you can charge directly through the system and add products, bookable services as well. Everything is optimised and the features allow you to manage your property very well.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to have the ability to create a reservation directly from the calendar, but I'm sure they will develop it eventually. They are very attentive to the costumers feedback.
