What do you like most?
Hoxell really made our routine easier. All the calls to the various departments, especially housekeeping and maintenance, have turned into a click. We have much more time on our hands and no longer rush to complete our daily tasks. This is also made easy by the user-friendly and intuitive interface that Hoxell has. In addition, the team is always there, even on site to clarify all doubts. Even at a later date, all support requests have been sorted out in a very short time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
This aspect is mostly related to internal needs. Only by living daily Hoxell, would be possible to figure it out whether something new needs to be implemented. In any case, their developer department is very professional and highly competent.
