When i called Innroad an agent is very helpful, they has the answer that i needed and issues is resolved quickly
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe, if possible, to add on into innraod Engine when the room attendant started cleaning the room, there is an option to update as "gra cleaning the room and front desk can see the time frame how will be done, then the front agent can give the guest time this is also help and avoid guest complaints.
