What do you like most?
Our account manager has always given us an excellent professional service with a huge base of knowledge and expertise. This leads to high conversion rates and revenue which has grown year on year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps more feedback on how our PPC campaigns are performing. I would highly recommend Bookassist and we are very happy to continue working with them towards our hotel goals.
