What do you like most?
The Think Reservation system is well thought out for scheduling, reporting, rates, texting, customer communication and marketing. The reservation system is user-friendly. Customer support is awesome.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to have the ability to add a picture on the text message communication to the guest prior to their arrival.
