What do you like most?
The look is simple, but it can do everything. Drag and drop reservations from room to room. Edit pricing in seconds. Need client info for a checkout? It's in front of your eyes in seconds. There's no waiting for anything to load. It's there. And software rollouts happen seamlessly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's all cloud-based, so if your internet is down there is no backup on your end. We operate in a small town in Czech Republic and our internet is sent by radio. 99% of the time, it works flawlessly. But in those rare times when it's down, we are unable to use the system. I'd love it if it could keep operating and sync as soon as the connection was working again.
