What do you like most?
I love that I can communicate with my guests worldwide and they don't have to call long distance and get charged for calling to ask questions. Also, this has helped the hotel get more feedback and gives us a way to know what the guests needs to be satisfied throughout their trip.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, there is not a things that bothers me about this program. I believe Hello Shift has been good to our hotel and has helped us have an advantage with helping and communicating with our guests. Feature Request: I would improve on having more catch phrases to help guests in a fast manner that way they get the information they need before arriving to be prepared.
