Easy to use, easy to train the team on and the guests love it! Every guests that use the HelloShift messaging gives us a nice reviews. Usage: Daily Customer Since: 2015
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish there was a way to ensure that the guests actually use it more. Corporate and leisure guests love it, but some just prefer to call the desk.
