What do you like most?
The design of the wall makes the interface easy to use and to teach to our staff. The links are intuitive. The ability to store documents is a plus. If you want to step up your ability to easily communicate with both staff and guests, HelloShift is the best tool to do this on the market. I have been a hotelier for 40 years and HelloShift transformed the way I do business. It has become an essential component for me to be able operate seamlessly and efficiently in all areas of my establishment which ultimately improves my bottom line.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
How do I answer in one hundred characters that I can't think of anything negative to say? Possibly that tech support would be a little more available in chat if I have a question.
