What do you like most?
HelloShift provides greater engagement among staff and departments within the hotel environment. Set up was a breeze, it's easy to use and navigate and staff wouldn't be without it! Great service from HelloShift especially with the time difference (we based in New Zealand).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When there are many feeds sometimes posts can easily be missed as there are limited search functionalities to order viewing. The report functions are limited so if we are searching by a tagged item, obtaining the data is limited. Feature Request: - For employees it's being able to better manage/view posts - For Management allowing easier data analysis
