What do you like most?
It's really easy to set up a small motel website with Wix. The platform is really flexible and it's easy to create an engaging website. The page layout for the rooms is great. We can add lots of photos, add fees for pets, and include specific information about our rooms. Bottom line, they make it easy to communicate with our potential customers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An on-line hotel reservations system doesn't work if you can't automatically coordinate bookings with outside vendors such as Booking.com. Wix only offers ONE hotel channel manager, located in Turkey (does not accommodate U.S. time zones), and their system has missed bookings multiple times and overbooked us TWICE. Until Wix gets a better channel manager, you should look elsewhere for your on-line hotel management system.
