What do you like most?
I've been using Smarthost for years. It makes my daily work so much easier. Newsletters are quick to write, and you can see how effective they are. The arrival email is also great for understanding customer preferences in advance and ensuring a fantastic guest experience. But the best thing is that there are real people behind the scenes who are always ready to help with any questions, offering expert advice. Thank you!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything is running perfectly, I really can't think of anything to criticize, as it always works flawlessly. I can highly recommend this hotel!
