What do you like most?
We've been using DJUBO at Omji since December 2024 to manage inventory and reservations across our portfolio of ashram and spiritual stay properties across multiple Indian cities. Over a year in, it's been a practical, cost-effective platform, well-suited for multi-property operators who want an integrated channel management and PMS solution without enterprise-level pricing or complexity. The rate and inventory planning functionalities have been a standout. Managing rates and reservations across multiple properties on different OTAs from a single dashboard has saved us significant time and cost. The modular product structure is also something we genuinely appreciate; you select only the modules you need and pay accordingly, which works well for lean operations. Pricing overall is very reasonable for what's on offer. Post-sale support has been responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting could be more robust. Deeper customisation and more granular reporting views would make it easier to extract actionable insights without having to work around the existing templates.
