What do you like most?
I use the support chat, i got help right away, to solve the issue, it took a little bit o time like 30 minutes, because we tried different things to solve the issue, but at last we soved it. It was a good experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When I tried to use the chat feature in VM, but using my mobile phone internet browser, i never found it. So I had to remotely access a computer in the hotel so I could open the ticket through the chat feature in VM.
