A user-friendly and simple system. Guests receive information tailored to their reservation, language, preferences, and stay dates. This significantly improves communication clarity and satisfaction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Communication with customers , even before placing the order. If PMS integration is weak or unstable, DUVE cannot perform at full strength.
