What do you like most?
We use CRM, Email Marketing and the loyalty program. Since 15 years. We like, how the system works, guests are "classified" so we are able to get very specified target groups. Great for a tailored marketing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
User friendliness - it is a complex system, that need a deep understanding how to use, Training new employees is very time-consuming.
