What do you like most?
The customer service is excellent – there is always someone available, friendly, and ready to help. The check-in process is extremely straightforward, and the online registration works perfectly. Overall, the entire system is very easy and intuitive to manage. The interface with Booking.com functions flawlessly at all times, which makes daily operations even smoother. What we especially appreciate about Casablanca is that it is a family-run business, offering a very personal and attentive approach. This creates a warm, trustworthy atmosphere and truly sets them apart from other providers. The system provides a lot of different services, which is really great because you do not need any additional providers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful if invoices were easier to cancel or amend after they have been issued, as guests occasionally provide incorrect information. Additionally, the interface with HRS could be improved, as it currently requires a significant amount of manual handling and self-management.
