What do you like most?
- The helpful support staff. - Relatively easy user interface. - Ability to customize the booking engine and integrate it in my own domain rather than having cross-domain linking.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Ability to create discount codes that offer a perk rather than a % discount. - Ability to link two different GMB accounts (i have 2 villas and they have their own google listing). - Length of stay discounts should be a % applied to the *actual rate* for the selected dates, not the base rate for the property. Now I get strange situations where my base rate is 5, but my May rate is 4. When someone stays more than 3 days, I had liked to apply a 10% discount, expecting that such a 3 day stay in May would yield a rate of 3.6 (4 minus 10%) but instead the customer gets 4.5 (5 minus 10%). They effectively pay more per night for staying 3 nights than for shorter stays, which doesn't make sense.
