The support and customer success team stand out , they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of the system. The resort rate shopper is a valuable tool for staying competitive in our market, and the ability to build strategies per season makes it well suited for properties with strong seasonality like ours. The reporting functionality gives us a clear view of performance and helps inform our decisions throughout the year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Expanding the reporting options would add even more value, and they already informed us about an upcoming update that will improve our experience.
