What do you like most?
We are very satisfied with the product, as it has been key to maximizing our Revenue Management strategy and achieving better control of seasonal and demand-based pricing. Once the rates are configured, the system facilitates the management of our different property types according to their attributes, allowing us to make any modifications much more efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We initially detected delays when loading rates into the PMS, a problem that persists when opening time slots for future dates with a large volume of properties. To keep the system synchronized without becoming overloaded, we have to process the information in batches. We would like to know if this behavior is normal due to our data load or if performance can be improved.
