What do you like most?
Tech support has been top notch every time i have ever needed them and we have had very little down time in 5 years. Uniguest might be one of the most fail safe systems we have in our entire hotel as the maintenance man that is something I very much appreciate .
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The excellent service that I have experienced does not lead me to believe that there is much to improve on. We only use unigest for business computer but as I stated before it could not possibly work better.
