What do you like most?
What we appreciate most is how easy Exely makes daily hotel operations. The Hotel Management Software simplifies reservations, checkin processes, roomblock management, and reporting, while the Channel Manager keeps our channel distribution synchronized in real time and helps optimize availability and rates. The Booking Engine is smooth, mobile-friendly, and has improved our booking conversion and revenue through an efficient booking engine experience and useful upsell features. We also value the reliable support team and the overall ease of use of the platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, we are very satisfied with the platform. Some reporting features could be made even more customizable, and adding more advanced analytics options would be helpful for deeper performance insights. It would also be great to have additional integrations and even more flexibility in certain settings, but these are minor points compared to the overall quality and reliability of the system.
