I had an issue with fares not being displayed correctly and wasn't sure if the problem was Expedia or channel manager. You team member managed to help me to figure out the issue and resolve it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Great support from the Channel Manager team. Their response time is excellent, and they are always quick to assist whenever we need help. Fast turnaround is extremely important in the hotel industry, and their efficiency has made a real difference to our daily operations. Keep up the great work!
