What do you like most?
The pricing is good. We saw an increase in bookings after just one month; the system is responsive. We can't yet say how things will be during trade fairs and peak seasons.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, many sections are very poorly translated into German. I actually expect the system to be offered in the user's language and for support to respond in German as well. In the age of AI, this should be possible (and better).

We'd love the chance to sort out the translation issue you mentioned; that's not the experience we want you to have. A quick note: RoomPriceGenie's interface does have a full German version, so if you're seeing inconsistent translations, it's likely your browser's auto-translate feature stepping in rather than our own localisation (which can sometimes produce exactly the kind of awkward phrasing you described). Switching your account language setting to German directly in the system should resolve that. We also have German-speaking Customer Care team members, and we're happy to support you in German going forward, including setting up a quick call to walk through the language settings and address any other questions live.
