What do you like most?
The main benefit I notice is being able to manage pricing quickly and easily, with an immediate view of the impact on revenue. With the CRS, I can update rates across all channels, manage availability and closures, keep portals and OTAs aligned, and set restrictions and minimum stays. Having a single view of all bookings and being able to create and manage customised quotes reduces daily manual steps and makes the work easier for my staff as well. The Booking Engine offers a clear, straightforward booking flow, and users can complete their purchase easily from a smartphone. The Web design reflects the style of my property, while visitors can find the information they are looking for straight away.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In some areas, I think the CRS interface could be more intuitive. I also believe that a few steps in the Booking Engine booking flow could be simplified further.
