What do you like most?
I like that the system shows the overall value and different expenses related to the guest. We can see the booking together with the charges, which helps when checking how much the customer has spent during the stay in the report very easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is not much that I dislike from the system itself because we have not faced a major problem. The mobile app could be more stable, though. Sometimes it has a small delay and does not feel as smooth as it should.
