What do you like most?
ThinkReservations has been amazing since we made the switch three years ago. The platform is easy to use and works smoothly with our website and whenever we have a question or an issue, they are very responsive with a live person.The calendar has all the information we need and is very customizable. ThinkReservations was a great pick.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far, any suggestions I have made have been implemented. We have onboarded two micro-resorts so far and they have been very open to ideas.
