What do you like most?
Onboarding was excellent. It is simple to work with for the most part. User interface can be poor at times. Length of stay, close to arrival/departure, and rate overrides come to mind for clunky UI. There's no way to toggle to allow/disallow reservation that require room switches mid-stay. It will not allow any changes to past dates making accurate record keeping and corrections impossible. When I raise these issues with customer service I get the sense that this is just how it is and that's that. But overall, it simplifies more things than it complicates so will continue using for now.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Allow past record changes. Improve UI, especially for moving reservations around and applying price and restriction overrides. Give customers a pathway to request features.
