support team have great knowledge and solving all types query, at all time, specially Kalyani Madam handled Back office module and she has all time solved and briefed about software with queries.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Specially reports heading wards mention in easy format. There is nothing else to not like. Team has been helpful in taking away any issues that the tool had.
