What do you like most?
I love the convenience of it. Apps like Lost and Found help a lot. I actually used it on my shift last night. I 1,000% would recommend it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly... Nothing. I absolutely love it! If anything else were improved or added, it would make this a 10/10 website/app that I would recommend to anyone working in hotels. Even if they don't work in a hotel, I genuinely believe this platform could benefit almost any workplace. I used to work in retail, and one of the biggest issues we faced was the lack of communication between employees and management. That lack of communication often resulted in people forgetting important things, missing updates, and experiencing unnecessary miscommunication. A lot of those problems could have been prevented simply by having a reliable platform where everyone could communicate, share updates, and stay informed. One thing I've learned throughout my work experience is that communication shouldn't stop just because someone's shift is over. Of course, everyone deserves their personal time, and nobody should feel obligated to be constantly thinking about work. However, having one centralized place where employees can access important announcements, updates, reminders, and information makes a tremendous difference. When we physically clocked out, most of us mentally and emotionally clocked out as well. And understandably so! But that also meant important information could easily slip through the cracks, especially when employees weren't scheduled again for several days. I believe a platform like this creates an opportunity to change that dynamic. Instead of everyone operating individually, it encourages accountability, transparency, and teamwork. It gives employees and management an opportunity to stay connected, work toward common goals, and support one another. At the end of the day, a successful workplace isn't built on management alone or employees alone. It's built on everyone working together. When communication improves, the entire team benefits. It's not just about getting the job done. It's about making sure we're all on the same page so we can succeed together rather than struggle individually. HelloShift is the best in the game if you ask me personally. I wouldn't use any other operating system. Nothing can provide more quality communication than this.
