What do you like most?
On my end, Canary is used for the sales department. We book the groups, and they complete the authorization form so we can obtain the credit card details and process deposits prior to the events or room block.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the coordination fails, and I have to rely on third-party support to re-establish the communication between Opera Cloud and Canary.
