What do you like most?
We are currently using the Hoteza IPTV system, which I find very user friendly and easy to navigate for both staff and guests. Overall, our experience with the system has been positive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would recommend enhancing the Hoteza IPTV dashboard with real-time monitoring of all guest room TVs, including device connectivity, application status, and last communication time. Automated alerts for offline TVs, application failures, or unresponsive devices would allow the IT team to identify and resolve issues proactively, reducing room visits, minimizing downtime, and improving the guest experience.
