What do you like most?
I use the AI features to decrease time and effort when entering an RFP or inquiry. With the intuitive and easy-to-navigate system, I am able to complete communications, updates and proposals in a timely manner. Additionally, I appreciate the ongoing improvements. The ET team listens to ideas and asks for suggestions. One key feature I use daily is the guest portal. It is an efficient, professional way to stay connected with my event organizers with a simple link. Love that!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The invoicing does not allow partial payments without a pre-structured payment schedule. Guests ask about this often - although there is a simple workaround, it would be a nice feature.
