What do you like most?
The interface is simple and easy to use. The ability to research postings is good as well. Ease of use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to the ability to tweak the mapping from our side. Also the ability to upload spreadsheets to submit as a journal entry. I'm only aware of one format but it only has one use for our hotel.
