This saves time for our reservations team and helps reduce the risk of discrepancies or overbookings. We also appreciate the Booking Engine, which provides a convenient way for guests to make direct reservations through our website. The ability to create and manage different special offers and promotional rates is another useful feature for our hotel. A further advantage is the support team. Whenever we have questions or need assistance with a configuration, we can contact the support team and receive help with resolving the issue. Overall, Exely helps us simplify our online distribution, reduce routine manual tasks, and manage our direct and online sales more efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area we would like to see improved is reporting and analytics. It would be useful to have more advanced and flexible reporting options, especially for analyzing bookings, revenue, sales channels, and the effectiveness of different promotions. More customizable dashboards and the ability to easily compare performance across different periods and channels would help hotel teams make faster and more informed decisions. At the same time, we are satisfied with the overall functionality of Exely and appreciate that the product continues to develop and receive new features.
