What do you like most?
This is a great tool, especially for reporting; it consistently helps us make the right decisions. The BI tool generates invaluable information that we incorporate into our strategic planning. We've also seen significant benefits from the loyalty program we've been using for several years.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the program seems quite cumbersome. However, Dailypoint is currently investing heavily in usability.
