The PMS is very user friendly, and can be picked up easily. Also it has a range of useful funcionalities and modules. The communication and support of their support team is also top notch.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting could be improved a bit more with the ability to have diverse criteria and filter to crate custom reports.
